Does BorrowMoney charge any fees to use their website?

BorrowMoney is a free site and does not charge a fee to match our borrowers with our lenders or service providers. Our lenders or service providers will never ask you to pay a fee to provide you with a quote or offer. No legitimate lender asks for a fee in order to review a loan application and you should be very wary of one that does. Of course, once they have your application and you wish to proceed with their offer, they may charge you an interest rate lock, loan processing, or appraisal fee as part of lending you money. Other types of service providers will have their own administrative fees that should be clearly spelled out to you before any paperwork finalizing your agreement is signed. It?s advisable to pay any of these charges with a credit card in the event that you may challenge a charge. Under no circumstance will one of our lenders or service providers ask you for money to "insure" or "guarantee" a loan. They will also never ask for bank account information before you complete a loan application with them. If they do or if they send you an offer through the mail without your asking, they are not an approved lender associated with BorrowMoney.

I've accepted an offer. What comes next?

Once you've decided to accept an offer, you must follow the directions of the lender or service provider to proceed with and complete the transaction. If it?s a real estate loan, you will be asked to provide information regarding the house, your income and anything else deemed relevant. An insurance provider will ask for specific details about the item to be insured (car, house, person etc.). The company from which you've accepted an offer will tell you everything you need to know about the process and timeframes involved.

What are your closing costs?

BorrowMoney does not charge any closing costs or fees to our users. Each lender/provider has its own list and pricing of closing costs which the law requires be disclosed to you prior to signing any contract. Speak to the lender or service provider directly and understand what each closing cost represents. Keep in mind closing costs often can be negotiated.
